What are Multi-Channel Sequences?#

Multi-channel sequences combine mail, SMS, and email into automated workflows.

Example Sequence:

  • Day 1: Send postcard
  • Day 3: Follow up with SMS
  • Day 7: Send email
  • Day 14: Second postcard

This approach increases response rates by 3-5x compared to single-channel campaigns.

Building a Sequence#

To create a multi-channel sequence:

  • Go to Campaigns > Sequences
  • Click "+ New Sequence"
  • Add steps (mail, SMS, email, wait)
  • Set timing between steps
  • Add conditions (stop if replied, etc.)
  • Assign to contacts or lists

Triggers to Start:

  • Contact added to list
  • Property status change
  • Manual enrollment
  • API webhook

Conditions to Stop:

  • Contact replies
  • Phone call logged
  • Manual removal
  • Email bounce
