What are Multi-Channel Sequences?#
Multi-channel sequences combine mail, SMS, and email into automated workflows.
Example Sequence:
- Day 1: Send postcard
- Day 3: Follow up with SMS
- Day 7: Send email
- Day 14: Second postcard
This approach increases response rates by 3-5x compared to single-channel campaigns.
Building a Sequence#
To create a multi-channel sequence:
- Go to Campaigns > Sequences
- Click "+ New Sequence"
- Add steps (mail, SMS, email, wait)
- Set timing between steps
- Add conditions (stop if replied, etc.)
- Assign to contacts or lists
Triggers & Conditions#
Triggers to Start:
- Contact added to list
- Property status change
- Manual enrollment
- API webhook
Conditions to Stop:
- Contact replies
- Phone call logged
- Manual removal
- Email bounce
