What to Test#
A/B testing helps optimize your campaigns. Test:
For Mail:
- Headlines and copy
- Images and design
- Offer types
- Call-to-action
For SMS:
- Message length
- Personalization level
- Send times
- CTA phrasing
Setting Up an A/B Test#
- Create your campaign as normal
- Click "A/B Test" toggle
- Create Variant B with changes
- Set split percentage (e.g., 50/50)
- Choose winning metric (opens, responses, calls)
- Launch test
Analyzing Results#
After your test completes:
- View side-by-side comparison in Analytics
- Check statistical significance
- Apply winner to future campaigns
- Document learnings for your team
We recommend testing with at least 500 recipients per variant for reliable results.
