Importing Contacts

Trackably accepts the following file formats:

• CSV - Comma-separated values
• XLSX - Microsoft Excel
• XLS - Legacy Excel format

Maximum file size: 50MB (up to 100,000 records per upload)

Required Fields:

• First Name OR Full Name
• Property Address (Street, City, State, ZIP)

Recommended Fields:

• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Mailing Address (if different)

Optional Enrichment:

• Property Value
• Equity Percentage
• Last Sale Date

• Upload File - Drag and drop or click to browse
• Map Columns - Match your columns to Trackably fields
• Validate Data - We'll check for duplicates and errors
• Skip Trace - Optionally enrich with phone numbers
• Create List - Save as a reusable list for campaigns
