What is List Stacking?#
List stacking combines multiple data points to find the most motivated sellers.
The concept: A property owner with multiple motivation indicators is more likely to sell.
Example Stack:
- High equity (2 points)
- Absentee owner (1 point)
- Pre-foreclosure (3 points)
- Inherited property (2 points)
Higher stack = higher motivation.
Creating a Stacked List#
- Go to Lead Finder > List Stacking
- Select your base criteria (location, property type)
- Add motivation layers
- Set point values for each layer
- Filter by minimum stack score
- Export or add to campaign
Popular Motivation Layers#
High Motivation:
- Pre-foreclosure
- Tax delinquent
- Code violations
- Vacant properties
Medium Motivation:
- High equity
- Absentee owner
- Long ownership (10+ years)
- Inherited
Low Motivation:
- Free and clear
- Out of state owner
