Creating Your Account#

To get started with Trackably, visit our signup page and enter your email address. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your email.

Once verified, you'll be prompted to:

  • Set a secure password
  • Enter your company name
  • Select your industry (Real Estate, Home Services, etc.)
  • Choose your primary use case

Setting Up Your Profile#

After creating your account, complete your profile by adding:

Business Information

  • Company name and address
  • Phone number for caller ID
  • Business logo (for branded mail)

Notification Preferences

  • Email notifications for responses
  • SMS alerts for hot leads
  • Daily/weekly campaign reports

Connecting Services#

For the best experience, connect these services:

  • Payment Method - Add a credit card for pay-as-you-go credits
  • CRM Integration - Sync leads with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Podio
  • Phone Verification - Verify your phone for 10DLC SMS registration
  • Domain Verification - For custom email sending domains
